Good location right next to I-90 and I-35 interchanges. Clean room. Had trouble with blinds (maybe broken?) but the black out was pretty good. Broken office chair -- it went all the way down when I sat on it. LOL. I'm only 120 lbs! I meant to tell them but forgot.

The people at the front desk were very nice. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The door and walls were thick enough not to hear outside noises. The breakfast had a good selection, both hot and cold. A coffee machine that made a very good cup of coffee.

Breakfast looked appealing and sufficient but we did not eat there. Location was close to the interstate and convenient for us as we were staying only for the night enroute home to Wisconsin. Many restaurant choices close to the hotel

We stop in 3 different hotels in the summer on the way to our cabin and in the fall on our way back south. The Best Western is the best hotel for the price, comfort, breakfast, and location. They beat all the other hotels we stayed at.

Very clean area. I quickly made a sausage, egg, & cheese muffin that was yummy! Great coffee👍!! The desk person was terrific & very helpful … we were exhausted after 14 hrs of driving, so we really appreciated her & the great facilities!!

Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is clean. All the housekeepers and front desk people were very friendly.

The staff were upbeat and talkative. The pool was open, thank you! The rooms were decently comfortable and clean. Overall, a nice stay in Albert Lea.

Location very convenient to interstate, shopping, gas, restaurants. Extremely clean. Window treatment creative and effective. Liked the idea of shelves instead of drawers.

Rooms were clean , comfy and roomy. We had a nice breakfast there . The staff were very helpful and nice ! They have a lovely yard to sit in .
